  1. Well, he has all year to play out there. Hopefully he improves. Carlos Lee was a butcher that became passable.

If he can stay on the field for six weeks straight, he may be in AA that fast. After that, he’ll be there all AA season. Dude just needs to play this year, and hopefully we have another future star big leaguer a year from now.

LuBob- please stay healthy. K thanks
  4. It has run its course. Plus if they aren’t cut and fit like the time they were worn, don’t bother.

Ian Hamilton is supposed to be good, right?

Watched a couple Sosa YouTube’s. Small sample, but even my untrained eye could see a more compact swing now compared to 2018. Exciting prospect.
  7. The bench is Palka, McCann, and Leury & Yolmer batting righty. Not much he can do.

Snell, Morton, and Glasnow will be a nice test.
  9. Weather permitting (radar looks ok though) Might I suggest a pre-emptive doubleheader with the Rays on Tuesday too?

MLB Network had a pretty cool breakdown of Moncada’s new approach. Carlos Pena thinks he’s in more of hit mode instead of assuming balls and reacting too late to swing. His approach now is to swing and let the eyes be the breaks if it is a ball. It was interesting, and it makes sense.

    Robert at .545. That good?
  14. Random thought for the day...if they aren't going to call it the Disabled List anymore, how about Dinged-up List so they can still say DL? IL sucks, plus it's already Illinois, Interleague, International League. Find a way to call it the DL. Ok, back to Eloy. Homer on the way, but 4-hit game would be fine too.
  15. Let's try this again...
  16. It may be unfair, but I knew on August 2, 1990 Frank was going to be a superstar. Eloy is going to be too. He just is.
  17. Ks are going to be up because of the nature of the game, but I still consider Frank 1990-1997 and Eloy both hitters first, that will hit homers because of the strength.
  18. I love that he's a hitter first, like 20's Frank.
  19. Palka for Chris Davis? who says no? ?
  20. A- 31,286 nice
  21. Steve Stone with ideas on how to ruin baseball even more.
  22. Nate, please don't be terrible.
  23. Eloy is going deep next inning.
  24. Did you expect Castillo to catch Giolito today, coming off his first start?
