Why i'm still pissed off we lost the series, I'm happy the boys showed a lil somethin and got the finale. Buehrle definitely looks to be back. I just wish our offense was this good every gm. I don't mean score 11 runs every gm. But consistently put offensive pressure on the other team. Mainly hittin with runner's in scoring position. The Yanks, Bo-sox, Mariners. A's do it. Well we got Loaiza goin tomorrow. I don't see the d-rays gettin anymore than 2 runs off him. We better kill that Sosa guy tomorrow. I'm talkin have his ass outta the gm by the 5th inning. I wasn't too happy with the offense today. Alomar had a couple rbi's and Daubach is still swining a hot bat. But for all the walks we got today I feel we shoulda scored more runs. This is NOT good at all. Koch is strugglin. Make no mistake about it. A's fans warned me before the year started not to be fooled by those 44 saves from a year ago. Koch might be the most OVERRATED CLOSER IN BASEBALL they told me. And we've seen 1st hand the trouble he gets into on a daily basis...All that talk about him being hurt is bulls***. I was thinkin? What if Kornerko gets hot? I mean for hitting that hr he deserves a couple starts to try and get outta this funk. Thing is if he gets hot what happens to Daubach, who's been swinging the bat very well. I guess it's never a bad thing to have too many quality players. We'll see....

I know the subject of the day is the trades we've made...That's great and all...I'm more focused on tomorrow's gm...I want a sweep...2 outta 3 is great but good teams mix in their fair share of sweeps...We've had 3 or 4 chances to sweep a team and we've come up short that 3rd game. Tomorrow is also a big gm for Wright. He has to put some quality starts together. A win tomorrow not only gets us back at .500...But sends a big fat ass message to the Twins. Lets kick em while their down. Go get em big DANNY...

I don't know how many of u saw today's daily herald...But there was a very interesting piece on Kenny Williams saying that if the teams stays in the race or even somehow gets to 1st there could be a major addition added to the team...I was wondering had any of u guys heard anything? If this is true what do we need most? I'm really happy with our pitching...Were 4th in the al in era with Buerhle and Colon having off-years to this point. Do we need a speedy lead off man or a left handed power bat in the middle of the line-up more? Maybe a closer that doesn't give u a heart attack everytime he goes out to pitch? Let me know what u guys think...
