I really do feel like Jerry is too scared to be known as an owner who gave out one of or the richest contracts in history. That's the only way it makes sense for them to not offer the 10/300 but haphazardly offer a 350m deal.

To have your VP go out there and publicly say "we couldn't go to 300 mil" and claim you need money to sign your young players who haven't proven a damn thing is absurd.
