AL Central Standings Thread
As it stands now, I have the Sox at 85 wins and Cleveland at 86. The last 9 games are rough for us while Cleveland gets KC for 6 games at home. We need to beat Cleveland head to head if we want the division.

I don't think they even have a starter for tomorrow. And the Guardians have Bieber going. Cleveland will probably sweep them.

Yeah, this is all just daydreaming anyhow. We still need to win the division first.

Guardians already up 2-0. Twins might be dead after this series.

Don't. Their ownership deserves every bit of embarrassment.

Yaz actually barrels that up and it's not a hit. That's just baseball.

I don't think Vaughn has barrel'd up a single ball today and he has 4 hits.

Yeah I guess I'd take Giolito over Ruiz. Diekman probably makes the roster just because he's a lefty.

He should. Jose has also done better in the 4 spot this year. Yoan shouldn't really be hitting 2nd against RHP either.

Giolito has a 6.67 ERA and a WHIP of 1.7 against teams with a record above .500 this year. I'm not even sure you can put him in the bullpen in the postseason.

He's been a bit unlucky, but his stuff just gets lit up by good teams. The Astros have absolutely abused him this year. You only need 3 starters in the first round and I'd rather take Kopech as the 4th starter in the division series just off stuff alone.

Just keep him healthy.

This is the best he's looked since 2020. He had a week or 2 last year where he looked like he was locked in, but he was awful in September and October. I don't know if you've noticed but he's closed his stance a lot more this year and he's had more success against pitches on the outer half.

Eloy picks up Jose.

Make that 0 for 11. Jose is in his own head in those situations.

Jose 0 for 10 with the bases loaded this year.

I mean, who wouldn't be? He's fumbling routine plays.

Assuming TA is back by then, you have to play Andrus at 2B. Romy would take Harrison's spot as utility guy.

He actually fielded that last one clean and fumbled the transfer. He has the yips so badly right now.

Lynn is done. Let me guess, nobody is up in the pen?

Just take the out at first next time you idiot.
-

Welp nevermind, Harrison still sucks.
-

Harrison finally got one

Lynn's velocity down quite a bit to start this inning.

That hit Pollock had is probably what Frank dreams of.
