4/10- Sox at Twins, 1:10
Benintendi didn't look this bad last year. I thought the hamate injury he got had a chance of possibly affecting him as a hitter and that honestly seems like the case right now.

Hanser is basically just Leury but right handed.

Official NBA 22-23
The Bulls match up terribly against Toronto. Hopefully, play-in Pat Bev gives the Bulls a boost to possibly win this one. I know it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things since they'll get destroyed by Milwaukee if they make it out of the play-in, but a few good games in the play-in could be fun.

Kopech
Kopech's a bit easy to fluster when he's on the mound, so I'm sure him giving up that many homers on what he thought was some good pitches was messing with his head. It's true that only one curve was actually hit for a homer, but when you can easily eliminate one pitch based on a tip, it helps a lot. He was also only throwing the change to lefties and I don't think Conforto got a single one so it was pretty easy to tell when he was gonna get a fastball. And like you said, he was hanging the slider a lot, so non-flared glove was either a heater or a bad slider. And a flared one was a curve. What's worse is that nobody on the staff apparently fixed the issue. They maybe just told him to stop throwing the curve since he only threw it once yesterday. But the tip is still obviously there. Curve: Non-Curve:

He only threw 1 curve yesterday, but it looks like he's still doing it. Curveball: Non-Curve It's so obvious too.

Another great breakdown from Jomboy about how Kopech was tipping his pitches against the Giants. Kind of explains how he rebounded well today.

Of course we finally get our pitching in order and we can't score... Through 10 games I don't see how this team is gonna be any better than .500.

The Pirates absolutely pissing on the ball the past 2 days makes me believe that something is up with the balls they're using this year.

Can they get him to throw harder? It really sucks that he no hit this team less than 3 years ago and now they're hanging a 7 spot on him.

Outside of Cease this 4 start stretch has been some of the worst pitching I've seen in years. It wasn't even close to this bad last year.

Sox bring back Colome
The good news: he sucked with Colorado last year and it's hard to gauge pitchers pitching at Coors. The bad news: he wasn't any better on the road than he was at home last year.
