Bryan Morgado has not completed his junior year and he doesn't turn 21 until December so how is he draft eligible?

I got this from a Cape Cod blog It seems the sox overdraft these high risk high reward guys just to sign them cheap. Carter and Hudson are good examples.

Does anybody know the status of Jose Martinez?
