If we hire Ozzie we could attract a Latin surge of players. Cabrera, Castillo, etc. I know they say he's good with Latin players. Plus we could like play 40 games in Puerto Rico or something lol. Anyone notice we're slowly becoming the Expos?

I'd love it if the White Sox hired Guillen. If we lose, at least we'd have fun while were losing.

I'd take Alomar for 1/2 price, but I don't want Jose, unless he plans on hitting left handed full time.

If we could sign Castillo and Orlando Cabrera we'd have enough speed/hitting to get us to the post-season. It would cost about 6-8 million to get either one of those guys.

I was wondering if we made Ozzie Guillen our new manager could we possibly lure Luis Castillo to the South Side? I heard Ozzie has a good relationship with the players, especially latin american players. Maybe Ozzie could bring over a few Marlins to the White Sox? Maybe Castillo, and in a perfect world Pudge.

Kenny Lofton leeches onto winning teams but he does nothing for the team he begins the year with. I can't stand Lofton.

Doesn't it seem that the Pirates are scoring all of the Cubs runs. Take out the 10 runs Lofton has, the 3 or 4 Randall Simon homers, and the Aramis Ramirez RBI's and wouldn't the Cubs be done already? Why the hell did Pittsburgh give 1/3 of their lineup to the Cubs? It just sucks. And I REALLY hate Pittsburgh now. I hope they get contracted. :fyou

This weekend Anthony Thomas ran for his second straight 100+ yard rushing game. 124 yards I think. Thomas looks like he's going to bring his A game into 2003-2004. I'm hoping for another 1183 rushing yards from him. If he's on, then the Bears could make a comeback. It'd sure be nice to see them go 13-3 again...And it's still possible!

And the reason I don't really support Cito as much is I hear he is Manuelesque. He seems to be laid back I guess.

This story is utter crap. I was hoping for a real reason why he sucked. Hopefully he gets better. And to whitesox.com, I hope they make better articles the rest of the offseason. Soon we may be reading about "Paul Konerko and the mummy's tomb" or some crap to explain why he sucked as well.

My vote goes to Ozzie. Just because I think he'd provide more of a jolt to our club than Gaston who seems more refined. On the other hand, I've heard that Gaston is well respected and many more free agents would be interested to play for him in 2004. Maybe we could snag some SP's off of the market. I hear Cito and the pitchers are tight.

Pick next years 5th starter assuming Buehrle, Loaiza, and Garland are a lock and Colon is resigned or the White Sox get a free agent replacement. Tell why you picked ____ as the 5th starter. Personally I think it's Cotts since he's been here before and he's developing that cutter in the AFL. He could be great next year. For the Starting CF it's most likely going to be Rowand, since Everett may be cut for monetary reasons, which sucks cuz I liked Carl. I am hoping Reed can possibly start and give us a jolt like Rocco Baldelli did last year for Tampa Bay.

Please tell me this doesn't change Jerry's fate...
