choo hits a homer 3-1 cleveland...

i guess hopefully cleveland will go to the pen here soon so we can rough them up some more

QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Jul 7, 2009 -> 09:27 PM) Sower power must be stopped seriously isnt this the same kid that the sox put up 5 runs and 11 hits against last time out?

the yanks are taking care of minnesota tonight as well 3-1 bottom of 3rd...

another extra base hit by cleveland...c'mon guys...

QUOTE (Kenny Hates Prospects @ Jul 7, 2009 -> 08:46 PM) Seems more like Kenny is salivating over another power reliever again. Pena has legit closer's stuff and on talent alone is probably worth Allen but I'm very saddened by this. I think Allen is going to be a better player than people give him credit for, and now if we have Flowers penciled in at C, who is going to play 1B in the future? josh fields maybe...if he can ever figure out how to not strike out time after time.....

this trade has me hearin crickets chirp....we have to be setting up for another deal...maybe poreda and some others for halladay...thats the only thing i can think of....

hopefully he reconsiders....

buehrle is giving up alot of deep flies hopefully the sox can get some runs and settle him down a little bit

bloomquist has played well against us this season...it'd be nice to see the sox make a deal for him before the trade deadline and would make our bench that more versatile

QUOTE (Cali @ Jul 5, 2009 -> 04:19 PM) Clayton DOES NOT throw 97. That gun is waaay too fast. Aaron Poreda Please... I agree....bring on poreda give him a start at least he hasnt given up a run in any of his appearances

the twins and tigers open up a series against each other on friday hopefully they can beat up on each other....

QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 1, 2009 -> 09:28 PM) Let's hope Alexei didn't injure any ligaments in his finger. yeah no kidding we dont need anymore injuries

anyone see what happened to alexei??

booo beckham cant hit for sh** haha

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 1, 2009 -> 09:13 PM) The short game yesterday helped also. If nothing else, Carrasco needed the break. Carrasco has been pitching awesome as of late he deserves the extended break

the sox starters have been going deep into the ballgames here lately looking good i must say

wow sox get a run choo couldnt see the ball in the lights haha big jim tried to sneak in there as well

stolen base for alexei

alexei with a bloop single

QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jul 1, 2009 -> 08:45 PM) Have they made Beckham t-shirt jerseys yet? Because I want one. idk about the t-shirts but i was at the cubs/sox game at the cell on friday and i bought a beckham jersey

jose only gives up one 5-2 heading to the 7th

back to back doubles 5-2 sox

martinez with a two out double breaking a streak of 11 in a row retired by jose

jose with another strike out....2 down....he's looking pretty sharp today
