  1. That Cintron AB made me barf. Ugh. LETS GO SOX PEN HOLD EM DOWN
  2. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 09:45 PM) Yes, but we ended up cutting in line by accident. There is a big line at the gate, then ANOTHER line to get into the line at the gate. There was no security where we got in line, so we didnt think anything of it. We turned around and heard A s***LOAD of people yelling that about 30+ of us just got in line. Haha what gate did you go in
  3. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 09:04 PM) They did it sooooo piss poor today. In that picture, if you see on the right side, where the metal gate is set up, people where just coming into the line. What you dont see in that picture is to the left, there is ANOTHER line with security waiting till that big line goes down so they can let more people into it. We came in from the right side and got right in line. People were VERY mad at us, but it really wasnt our fault.... Hehehe, thank God the lines were so badly setup
  4. QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 07:44 PM) I totally disagree with Paulie. He's one of those power hitters who goes to right field very well. Every once in a while he'll get in a funk and get locked in towards left, but when he does that you'll see him try to jam himself and hit the ball to right field in order to get out of the funk and it leads to him being able to drive the ball to all parts of the field. Right, he can definitely go to right field very well, but he appears at times to go away from that and get very pull happy.
  5. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 07:30 PM) Well, the way I wrote it, I think the only guy on our team it didn't apply to last year was Pods, but Pods was never really trying to do anything but slap. AJ..he tries to pull, he hits .260. Uribe tries to pull everything, he pops it all up. Paul "I am a pull hitter" Konerko of the first 2 months of last season. Iguchi = right field. J.D. has great power the other way. But I'm going to assume you mean Thome, since otherwise you would have said it...and after those 870 feet or so, I could see why you'd hesitate on that one. Nah I was more thinking of PK. I could be way off base but he seems like a guy that goes through terrible slumps where he is trying to yank everything for a bomb. Then when he is hot he can spray the ball all over.
  6. QUOTE(fathom @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 07:22 PM) Absolutely not, especially when Johan is on the mound. WTF Shannon Stewart just made an absurd catch...............
  7. QUOTE(fathom @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 07:20 PM) Well, that was a pleasant turn of events. 3-1 Toronto after a BOMB by B. Molina. It never hurts to have a division team lose to an out of division team. No matter what time in the year. GO JAYS
  8. QUOTE(fathom @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 07:03 PM) Johan looks very sharp for the Twins so far. Heh.
  9. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 07:08 PM) and that sounds like the guys on our squad who have a habit of going from using all field to pulling the ball randomly during the season. Crede for example...he tries to pull everything and he hits .200, he uses all fields and hits .500. Another guy comes to mind that if I bring up I will get crucified.
  10. QUOTE(Kalapse @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 07:05 PM) I think he looked like a moron. What the hell did he have on his head? ^^^^ On the other hand...WILLIE looked like a pimp.
  11. QUOTE(chisoxdavid @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 06:57 PM) Thank god my gf went to the game, and hers to me. She said Rowand was at the ceremony, and got teary eyed when he received his ring. Who else was there? Harris?, Crazy Carl? Rowand, Willie, El Duque, and Timo
  12. Hopefully Jose puts up a gem so we can win this series. LETS GO WHITE SOX
  13. QUOTE(Gene Honda Civic @ Apr 4, 2006 -> 05:02 PM) You're going to have to ask Pods for the answer to that one. I, for one, wouldn't mind him getting on base once in a while. Not even that he isn't getting a hit he just looks strange at the plate.
  14. That was ugly. Very ugly. Put it behind us and win tomorrow.
  15. QUOTE(rangercal @ Apr 3, 2006 -> 10:01 PM) To all the people calling frank washed up. KISS MY ASS! What a BOMB! The question was never if he could hit HR's when healthy.
  16. Definitely looking forward to this one, leaving around 10. LETS GO SOX
  17. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Apr 1, 2006 -> 02:29 AM) I think the Bulls will end up with Tyrus Thomas or Aldridge with the Knicks pick, and all signs point to the Bulls taking Brewer with their own pick. I would piss myself out of happiness if that happend.
  18. The only thing that bothers me is we don't get to see Rock run to 1st while the other team is taking grounders.
  19. QUOTE(jackie hayes @ Apr 3, 2006 -> 04:48 PM) Rollins doubles, the streak lives.
