You must really believe in Kurtz's bat. That's one profile I want the Sox to stay far away from and I think they will.

I actually haven't watched either of them this season. I think I'm too scarred by the last college 2B the Sox took early. They just don't seem like high impact players and I would prefer other options currently.

Is Wetherholt hurt still?

Montgomery, maybe Brecht, and whatever prep bat Shirley is into. Which might be Rainer? Someone tell me how to feel about Bazanna/Wetherholt.

So it sounds like we should start to pay attention to Rainer with the White Sox is what I'm gathering.

I like the deal plenty. Thorpe is just about a top 50 prospect, Zavala has a great profile, and I like what I'm reading about Iciarte. I could see him making a big jump. This is a pretty significant injection into the farm system. Let's see what we can do with them.

Will be #58 on Baseball America's preseason top 100. He's definitely the headliner.

I actually didn't realize Thorpe was regarded as a mid 100 guy. The players mentioned plus Head sounds about right for a return.

Looking like a volume deal if no Lesko or Snelling. Psyched for Head though.
