I'm coming around to this as well. If they think both Emerson and Roch have similar floors, but Emerson has more upside, swing for the fences. Especially if you view Grady as a polished fast-mover. Part of me wonders if Getz overcorrects into the prep bat after seeing what Konnor became. Especially after playing the GM card and taking Hagen.
