ick, that workout is garbage. You need to lower the reps a lot. 50 reps on deadlift? You would get tired as hell and your form would start becoming bad. That is just asking for a back injury. If you want to look like the guys in 300, do 5-10 reps on everything. When doing abs, using weight so you can only do around 10 reps of each exercise. Plus you will have to have an extremely good diet if you want the abs like that.
