Kyle Prater (Proviso West) the #1 ranked WR for the 2010 class will be playing against my high school this september. Im pumped to see him play because he has an offer from pretty much every big time program including Tenn, USC, Illinois, Oklahoma. Also Chandler Whitmer (Downers Grove South) will be playing against my school the next week. Whitmer will be attending the University of Illinois in 2010. It will be fun to watch these 2 kids.

none of the guys that we even traded would be a huge difference to the sucess, even though Peavy will miss some of this month, he will be here for the rest of september and hopefully the playoffs

I actually went a really long time this year ignoring the Cubs but im starting to follow them a little. I'd have to say that my baseball watching experience was a lot better when I forgot about them.

Ive never been to any sort of postseason game so I would say the best game was in '07 when DePaul beat #5 Kansas. I was also at the game when DePaul beat #19 Villanova in 2008. I was at the Pirates game on saturday when McCutchen hit 3 Homers. I was at the game last year when Thome got his 2,000th hit. '02 when the Patriots made a huge come back to beat the Bears in Champaign with a TD in the final seconds. I was in Evanston when Northwestern beat #18 Minnesota I was at the Penn State-Baylor NIT Championship game '08 White Sox Opening Day was awesome AJ chickenwing game against the Rays last year but the DePaul over Kansas was the best because of the annoying Kansas fans that were talking about how they were sing there fight song at an away teams stadium, THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

I am pumped for this upcoming Hockey season. I think the Blackhawks will be a lot better then next year, except im disappointed that Hossa will be out til at least December. Hopefully Huet will be up to the challenge
