  1. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Dec 2, 2010 -> 10:36 PM) Why'd you include AJ? http://www.soxtalk.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=80043
  2. lol, Phil rogers is so negative and doom&gloom towards the Sox "Well, they're going a different direction with Catcher" Wrong Go find another job fool.
  3. http://player.radio.com/player/RadioPlayer...amp;station=391 sporting news radio on the score, talking about the dunn signing on a national level right now
  4. Inverted W + Limited IP in his college career + Small frame + high 90's FB = blown UCL before August?
  5. You'd be doing yourself a favor, as a Sox fan, by not listening to anything KW or the media spins about what our payroll is, or how much we can afford. This team can seemingly increase payroll whenever they feel like it. If they want to keep Buehrle, Konerko, with the Dunn signing then they'll find out a way to do it. The last thing I'm worried about is payroll
  6. this is embarrassing
  7. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Dec 1, 2010 -> 06:17 PM) And considering the Sox get to play KC, and Cleveland and even Detroit 18 times every year, 73-71 looks even worse. There is absolutely no reason the White Sox shouldn't be dominating their division like the Yankees and Boston and the Angels and Philadelphia do almost every year. There's going to be times you don't make the playoffs, but the Sox should make the playoffs at least as much as the Twins have. They have a big advantage over 3 of the teams in their division and only one started spending any money. Just being average, and 2 playoff appearances in 10 seasons with KW as GM is slightly below average considering there is a wild card, should be unacceptable. We shouldn't celebrate 88 win 2nd place finishes. We shouldn't celebrate 90 win 3rd place finishes. We shouldn't call drafts that produce guys that make it to Chicago but don't contribute to winning successful.I think KW would agree. I don't agree with a lot of your posts but this one is spot on IMO
