He's the overall point. They won a World Series....they won a World Series. They've been to the playoffs a bunch in that time and are going back again. God what a disaster! Must be horrible.

Yeah the Cubs aren't going in the playoffs. Their window has definitely shut. No chance of winning a World Series this year. I just absolutely love the trashing of the Cubs decisions. It's hilarious because of how stupid it is.

Well I think the thing for me is. Neither has Dunning. I’m interested to see which teams have actually exchanged names with Texas.

Your adding Lynn for next year and Kopech into the rotation. It's not going to hurt us. That and I don't buy into the doom and gloom for the payroll. There's just a large portion on here that don't want to see Dunning pitching for another team. I understand but let's stop beating around the bush and exaggerating about the effect it's going to have.

I'll be more specific. Is trading Dunning and Micker going to destroy the rebuild? I don't think Kopech is getting traded at all.

Is trading for Lance Lynn going to destroy this entire build? I seriously don't get it. Trading for any of the realistic options on here is not going to destroy anything that's being built. In reality people just don't want to trade prospects.

10 year run? This right here folks is a good example of what not to do. Ontop of that you know very well that it's exactly what Rick Hahn doesn't want to do. It;s hard enough to make the playoffs let alone 1 World Series win. And your talking about a 10 year run like it's 7-10 year run like it's a guarantee if we do nothing.
