I'm not one to shy away from giving people their medicine. If we miss the playoffs next year I'm still going to do it. This team hasn't been to the playoffs in a fucking decade and it was just "oh well if we lose atleast we didn't trade away the #97 prospect in baseball". I hate this. I want to win.

They'll give Mazara and extension and roll with the guys we have. It's going to be fun in a full season of this. But hey we can afford to blow these games/seasons. We should have 5 world series by 2026!

This is what everyone in the trade deadline thread who didn't want to trade prospects wanted to see. You wanted to see these guys go out and struggle. All of that because you take the playoffs for granted. We may not go back next year.

That's like half the people on this board mods included. Atleast we didn't trade Stiever for Lynn. He sure wouldn't have helped.

No it wasn't. Getting knocked out of the first round is not a good season. This roster has some major holes.

You saw the deadline thread. People take the playoffs and world series around here for granted.

I was told during the deadline that we have to find out who these guys are. Especially Dunning and Cease. Here we are. Nobody here wanted to trade assets.

The fact that college campuses are open and they are playing football right now too is mind boggling. NFL is doing a good enough job. But i have a feeling the NCAA is going to be hit with some outbreaks.

We've been through alot of pain and arguments about trades/losing. Here we all are. All these guys are playing and kicking ass. Can't ask for much more.
