Of course it did but again if it touches his hand or glove AT ALL, it's a hbp

IIRC the rule is if that touches his finger in the least, it's a HBP

I don't love the bunt, but I might think about it here

Madrigal to the IL/Delmonico Optioned
I think Stiever has a shot to be a good MLB pitcher one day, maybe a good #4 or a solid #3

Cueto?- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
No matter the outcome of today's game... 1) They won 2/3 vs the Cubs and the 2 wins were lopsided. Furthermore, today's was winnable. They had a division winner and one of the better NL teams by the nuts for all but 3 out of 27 innings. 2) It's fun being pissed about a loss again. It's fun expecting a sweep. Let's go win 4 of the next 5, while we're at it. Cheers, Soxtalk. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Be smart and be safe. Health and wealth to you all- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
He looks shot from the waist down- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
Remember when Crede misplayed a popout and Manny hit one 700 feet? I was hoping Moncada would do the same. Not quite.- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
With how his legs look, I'd rather face Moncada if I were the Cubs. Maybe Jeffress will hit Moncada with a pitch or some shit- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
On a homer here Anderson might throw his bat into the Cubs dugout- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
I don't give a shit if the guy is a switch pitcher. Mazara hitting here is dumb as fuck- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
It's not on the offense for hitting the ball hard twice?- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
Grandal took my advice from a few pages ago: if you don't swing against these guys, you might just walk. None of these are strikes. Good plan- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
In every single one of your posts, you end it by bashing Soxtalk... yet here you are. Still.- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
Yet here he is, posting amongst all of us dopes- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
The Sox will have Anderson, Moncada, Grandal, Abreu, Jimenez and Robert for the next 2 innings...against a different pitcher. I like my chances.- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
Not that a team would ever do this, but I feel like if you take every pitch Darvish throws, he'd walk a ton of hitters and would eventually need to throw fastballs. None of these sliders are catching with the zone with the exception of a few- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
I keep thinking "they're going to tie this," but every 3rd or 4th offspeed pitch is a hanger and they continue to not do anything with them somehow.- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
If Darvish is out, Robert's going to hit a missle to start the 7th- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
They have some big decisions to make in the next 2-3 offseasons. I wonder if you're right. You have to think Theo eventually leaves, and you can't pay Rizzo, Bryant, Contreras and Baez. It may not be a bad time to restock the farm- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
FUCK- 8-23 GT: Sox @ Cubs (1:20pm)
Tough day for Moncada. Eventually those lead off walks will come back to bite you - Realistic trade candidates AKA The Lynnsanity Thread
