Waiting for the annual, Bulls had a lot of discussions, everybody loves our players , but just nothing that made sense for them line we get every year.
No one loves their lottery players more than GarPax.
Love it. It's hilarious the excuses they have.

Dang I guess praising his spirit didn't work.
He knows this organization is a joke. Look at how he was under Hoiberg, a good to really good player that we all thought could develop into a star. The front office gave Hoiberg nothing in terms of players that fit his system.
And now Boylen is sucking the life out of the Bulls now and every player looks lethargic out there with the exception of LaVine. Not one player has gotten better. White has been below average. It's hilariously bad that not one person in the front office sees this. Boylen is hands down the worst coach in sports right now.

Markkanen wants to leave. Good for him. Trade him. I hate the Bulls so much.

Dunking up 8 with 20 or so seconds left when other team is pressing is completely fine. Also, little known fact that you actually get the most NET ranking scoring margin points if you win by ten. That mess wasn’t due to the dunk, it was because Fran’s son was mad Illinois was trying to hack him at the end and mouthed off.
Saw that the real reason was when Garza hit a three and and mouthed off to the Illini bench saying "This is my b****"

Very good game from Illinois today in a tough loss to Iowa. Not worried about this loss because Illinois is the better and tougher team. Ayo, Kofi, and Giorgi were not good today.
With that said, f*** Fran McCaffery and the Iowa players for that dunk at the end. They're a bunch of douchebags that will have a tough time in March. They have 3 players and that is it. F*** Iowa

Are the Hawks back or what?

Teams pretty damn sexy, but gotta know how many teams are in the league to really say. If it's a 10 team league then I'd say it's pretty average, but if its a 12 or higher than you are looking quite nice. Definitely agree about the comment on your SP, but heh having Flaherty+gio is not a bad 1-2 punch. I'd suggest going for some stabilizers in SP if at all possible.
It is a 10 team league. In five years, I have only finished out of the money once. I'm one of the more consistent teams in my league.

I'm all in on Crochet or Howard.
I'm leaning towards college pitching and then HS players in rounds to follow.

I don't think we can underestimate how big of a win that is last night for Illinois. To break the slumps at Wisconsin and Purdue is huge.
14-5 overall and 6-2 in the B1G. Keep it rollin boys.

I'll trade Madrigal ++ for Arenado and they eat a ton of cash.

Illinois begins a very tough 7 game stretch tonight @ Purdue. If they can go 3-4 during this stretch, I'll be more than happy.

Your SP are very 2019-heavy.
Every one of them could regress in 2020.
You are 100% right lol. I am nervous about that, but if they stay on trajectory, it can be very good.

Going into my 6th year in my dynasty league. We do an auction draft where the draft and keepers are very valuable. We cannot add/drop any player during the season except a three round mid season draft where we take the best free agents. This is my team right now and I have $69 (#nice) to play with in the next draft.
C
1B Freddie Freeman
2B
SS Trevor Story and Tim Anderson
3B Yoan Moncada
OF Bryce Harper
OF Kris Bryant
OF Victor Robles
UTIL Austin MeadowsSP Jack Flaherty
SP Lucas Giolito
SP Sonny Gray
SP Eduardo Rodriguez
SP Dallas Kuechel
SP Michael Fulmer (Acquired as part of a bigger trade with bad contracts last season)So I need a C, 2B, and 2 RPs and a bench. Thoughts?

I disagree. I want to get out to a 10 pt lead in games, not get 10 minutes into the game down a few points, constantly clawing back. Again, Williams gives you absolutely nothing on offense. It's 4 on 5 to start the game until Griffin comes in. So why even screw with it? IMO the rotation would be Ayo/Trent/Griffin with Frazier and Kipper replacing the two guys that need a rest. Williams as the secondary back-up if needed for defense only.
What was the deal with Tevian Jones? Did he do some academic thing? It sucks he was suspended so long. He's completely lost out there and there's really no way he can learn on the fly during conference season. He'd be a great alternative to Williams.Who knows what happened with Jones. That kid has only hurt his college career. Illinois have over signed by one next season. Wouldn't be shocked if Jones is gone after the year.

Great win, despite the officiating, which was absolutely atrocious. Illinois guys got murdered but Kofi picked up two for simply being too big. I thought they were trying to weed out flopping? Wisconsin (Davison in particular) were gifted calls all night. The total non-call on the last play (on Giorgi) was laughable, but hey, i'll take it given the crap Illinois (and other teams) go through at the Kohl Center.
If Griffin doesn't start from this point forward Underwood should be fired immediately. Dude is too good to be losing minutes to Williams, who is, at best, an OK defender (when not matched up with someone bigger). He's a complete zero on offense. They were playing 4 on 5 last night when he was in the game.
Take Rutgers and NW at home to get to 5-2.....then a tough slate going to Purdue and Michigan, home against Minn and then to Iowa. 7-4 would be amazing. 6-5 would be totally fine.
I'm fine with Griffin coming off the bench still because he provides a spark. Him and Feliz are those two guys that can do that from the bench and relish in those roles right now.

Now that's a win! I-L-L

Guessing Zavala or Medeiros gets the DFA. The other likely to go for Cishek.
I don't see Medeiros getting DFA'd. When he went to the pen, he was pretty good. Zavala, Ruiz, Covey, Fulmer I see all go before him.
My prediction is Zavala and Ruiz will be DFA'd for Encarnacion and Cishek.

Lol. I kind of hope the Bulls get the 8th seed and then get swept just to see how far they still really are. It would be comical because the Bulls are the definition of basketball hell.

The Joker-Nylander trade is an absolute disaster. Tony knows I'm a pretty optimistic Hawks fan and this was beyond awful. Injuries have hurt this team but in all honesty, if the Hawks even had average goaltending, they would be with Detroit at the bottom of the league. It is that bad.

If he were to sign an extension, I would guess it would be like Kingery or White's contract extensions from Mariners and Phillies.

What happened to Reyes? Was amazing how quickly he was moved to 1B and then was basically gone after a year.
I believe he had/has a very serious back injury.

I've spoken to Y2Jimmy0 about this before. He said that the Sox being the first team named is a good sign. Obviously nothing guaranteed right now, but it's nothing but good news that the Sox were mentioned
