One thing I haven't really thought about and haven't seen mentioned is Dunning and his pitching limits. Dude hasn't pitched in 2 years and will not get a full work load this year so he probably won't be able to throw 180+ innings until 2022 at the earliest. It is a tough call

It seems they really want to get EE going since his a notorious slow starter, if they can get him going it would be huge for September

I really don't want to part with Dunning, very likable guy who fits with opening we have for the next 5 years.

Phelps would look good in this bullpen. I would guess Bummer would be a long shot to return if we are looking at bullpen depth
