After watching via DVR, pathetic ABs by Eaton, Melky and Abreu. No runs driven in with 2 on no outs. Eaton with a horrendous bunt attempt after another. Just wasted his AB at that last bunt attempt. Put the bat in his hands and let him try and get a hit. Bonifacio would score on a single and Micah would be in scoring position. Bunting there was stupid. Obviously hindsight is 20/20 but it was dumb IMO not that it matters I'm not the manager. Melky needed to swing in his AB. Their closer wasn't getting a strike over on him he helped him out. Abreu stop swinging at junk. They wanted no part of you. He needed to crush that mistake. Oh well on to Detroit. This offense needs to get going.

He'll be worth every penny. It's a breath of fresh air to have a guy that can come in and lock it down. He'll blow a couple but he should have a lot of saves this season with his awesome command.

Good win for sure. Not playing well but gutting out wins. Lock down closer is on point. Along with Duke as the set up guy. This pen could only get better if guys like Putnam and Jennings pitch well and we get Nate back and he's solid.

Nice to have a good bullpen. Much needed. Will help these guys be ready to play everyday and not have to worry if it'll get blown later or not.

These pen arms could learn a thing or two from DRob. Going right after guys painting the zone with a paint brush.
