key thing you said there - well coached minor leagues and re-assigning coaches to implement a system I agree with. The white sox system of hitting was shit for years before Chino got here.

I agree the white sox have a horrible approach to hitting - but it's been going on for a decade and much more complex than just a hitting coach who I think many of the players don't even listen to. I'm fine with firing him, but it would change little. Problems go way deeper.

Not much to be honest. Certain teams pay more for everything including established stars who are definitely not changing their hitting approach when they get there.

i hate our offense... but lets be real Do mlb players even listen to hitting instructors? In the minors perhaps but when they get here.... don't think there is a lot of influence.

I knew a kid in his early twenties who had similar symptoms. They ended up concluding it was psychological and he had issues for over a year and a half.
