Yup! The only other possible scenario is Ozuna leaked this on the DR side to get another team to up their offer. Put pressure on them to step up and make a better offer before he flies to sign with the Sox.

FeganS comment confirms that they have at least negotiated. Maybe they have been burned so much that they won’t call it imminent until the ink dries. Or maybe they don’t know he’s going to accept their offer.

If you look at Ozuna’s most recent Instagram post, it’s actually promoting an event that he is partaking in, in Dominica Republic tomorrow.

He even knows that Marcell is not a good person but fun to hang with ???

this guy must be the most connected twitter nobody in the world. Knows what teams Ozuna is considering. Has talked to Ozuna’s agent. Must know Wheeler personally because he knows that Wheeler was exactly 14 minutes away from signing.

Yeah he’s fake. Calls himself “Chisox Schin” yet has a source that knows Ozuna personally and even claims to know what teams Ozuna is considering. These fake insiders need to be more believable. Not even the best of the best pretend to be that connected.

But rumors that came out of DR (Hector Gomez) were spot on. Those dates were thrown out there by random bloggers and fans

I believe Castillo over any of these bloggers or fans playing insider. Hector Gomez was spot on with what he said last year. Our White Sox blogger insiders are like 0-10 this off season and last. I don’t think it’s fair to compare Castillo (who obviously has SOME sort of credibility) until he swings and misses. He laid out a report, not a prediction and gave a date.
