He might have been speculating but at the end of the Locked On Sox podcast, Herb Lawrence said that the next time we hear a podcast from him, the Sox will have Wheeler. He then said to mark it down.

He paused and said something along the lines of “hopefully we can change that “

I agree with that BUT I would also point out that there were many people with obvious connections making claims last year that never came to pass.....
