Is it regression or is it just going through a rough patch, as all teams, even the best ones, go through?
Hard to know, really, especially with all the injuries. Shades of 2020 and 2012 though.
Boy is this team going through it right now. The big question is, are they going to be able to bounce back and dominate again. Or will they let this slump define them.
I've watched probably 4 innings of this entire series...and boy am I glad. Judging by the scores, looks like the injuries are finally catching up to the team with the offense. Has Houston just had like one big inning every game to seal the deal?
Was at the game! I've been lucky to be at some good ones this year, and this by far was the most electric. Felt like we are already at 100% capacity. So damn fun!
The good: Robert, Eloy, Kopech all should be back by September
The bad: Not sure this team can take another major injury...but they've proven us wrong so far.
Man I hope so. Took off work to enjoy the game today ? supposed to be beautiful weather too!! Like 71 and endless sun.
Really what I'm hoping for is to see Moncada back, a few homers, and of course a W!
This will be my first game since I saw them play in Minnesota (the infamous Merecedes game) so maybe today will be the day he breaks out of his massive slump.
