I am watching the game and I understand that. Doesn't change my point. It is clear in the rulebook, and on our fucking tv screens, what a ball and what a strike is. There's no reason why this should still be a conversation in 2021 with the technology that is available.

Shouldn't be a matter of getting calls. It should be what it is. A ball or a strike. Pitchers and hitters work too hard to get screwed over by balls and strikes, which can drastically alter the momentum of a ballgame. As almost happened in that half inning.

Every game umpires blow ball and strike calls. Every. Game. Why is this not fixed in 2021.

I won't be getting a ps5 until next year at least. Not sure yet if I will be getting the mlb the show for my ps4 or not. I hear the next gen you can like create a stadium and what not, which is freaking amazing. Always wanted them to do it. But I just don't want to shell out $600-$700 for the ps5, accessories and the game.

I think it should be mandated that all new parks built in cold weather cities should have retractable roofs. It's so stupid that Target Field in Minnesota, which was built in 2015, doesn't have one.

I guess the one thing that I have heard that I don't really care for is the moving of fans from the lower deck to upper deck. I purchased lower deck seats on Seat Geek, some really good seats, and I don't want to be pushed to the upper deck. And I guess I understand why they might have to do that, but still. Everything else I'm fine with.

I don't think they ever came out of it. They had a huge first inning against a pitcher who just didn't have it yesterday. After the first, they scored 2 more runs against Cleveland's pen and that's it.

This starting staff is the team's biggest strength right now when many people in spring training thought it would be their biggest weakness. I think it will last. But just goes to show how hard it is to predict these things.

Most of us would have been satisfied with a 2-2 series split with Cleveland given what we saw with the pitching matchups and the Sox history with Clevand. Sox are winning this game, and with TA back tomorrow, I think they have a good chance at winning tomorrow as well. If they take 3 of 4 from Cleveland, that would be HUGE.
