David Shaw is awful at game management. Awful coaching in the 4th quarter. Took the ball out of Hogan's hands and then no balls at all to not use his TOs to save time on the clock. And it probably is good for Stanford but Kizer clearly didn't score. Refs are the worst.

Man, Illinois looks awesome. I'm so glad we extended a coach who went under .500 this year and doesn't have a single good win on his resume.

Well I guess since we already extended Cubit hopefully they win today and make a bowl game. Also, people really need to stop saying that what Illinois needs is stability. What Illinois needs is a good coach. Ron Turner got 8 years and he sucked. Zook got 7 years and he wasn't good. Giving coaches a chance and a long time to get things going is not Illinois's problem. Having s***ty head coaches has been.

And we better f***ing beat Northwestern today now. Only f***ing Illinois would give an extension to a coach who finishes under .500 and whose only respectable win all year was a complete fluke against a bad Nebraska team.

It's going to be better when we are solid next year and we give Cubit an extension and then we will suck two years from now because we lose our entire defensive line after next year and those guys are the only reason this year's team is respectable.

So does Roy Williams not understand that you have to be able to shoot 3s in modern basketball to win a championship? I know they are without Paige but the lack of 3 pt shooting has been a killer for them the last few years and they still have no shooting.

It is too bad that I think Groce's staff is also a joke and we don't have an AD right now because they need to consider just going to an interim coach at this point.

You better have a stud coach lined up already if you are going to fire Les Miles and pay him $15 mil to go away.
