Over or under on Shields ER through 2 IP is set at 5.

C'mon, Robin. Sacrifice bunting in the 1st inning? No!

Did what it was supposed to do. Got your team 1 run and avoided the big inning.

Shocking. Shields goes 1-2-3 in the first.

Shocking. Shields goes 1-2-3 in the first.

On only 8 pitches, no less!

One of my pet peeves - lead off hitter in the first inning gets on the first, and then the second hitter sacrifice bunts. Makes no sense at all.

Navarro, the last of last offseason's dumpster dive moves still standing, coming up with the RBI. 2-0 Sox.

In the second inning now, and not wasting an at-bat bunting, Saladino rips a two run double over the left fielders head. 4-0 Sox.

Oh dear lord, terrible play by Coats. He got to the ball and just flat out missed it. Not a Major League caliber play whatsoever.

Amazed at how bad he's looked at this level

Frazier tends to lose his bat a lot I've noticed.

Wimpy taking us on a trip down memory lane with references to the unforgettable "Ribbie and Roobarb" Sox mascots from the early 80s.

Saladino doing work still

fraizer has put his bat in play as much as the ball...

Anderson needs to work on his speed to first.. for a guy of his speed he gets doubled up way to much on not that hard hit balls to the left side.

Very slow getting out of the box

Shields is total garbage. Fire Hahn, one of the dumbest trades in team history.

Shields is total garbage. Fire Hahn!!

He's not being served well by the defense so far tonight.

Oh, 4-1 lead, I think I'll go get a glass of wine and use the bathroom.

(Shields happens).

(Looks at gameday again, laughs).

And his body English to the fielders almost as bad as his pitching

Shields trade is fireable-level bad

Shields was supposed to be an innings eater, but for the most part, the innings have been eating him lately.

Body language has been awful for the most part with the Sox since the 2nd batter he faced in a Sox jersey

Hopefully Kaplan saying the dynamic between Hahn and KW being dysfunctional means Hahn is gone

Anyone can eat innings, really. If that trait isn't attached to tangible results, who cares? He could give up 10 runs and go 9 innings every game if we allowed him
