Vin Scully Farewell

Featured Replies

Are we just going to ignore yesterday was his last game at Dodger Stadium?

Got a little choked up when they played his version of "Wind Beneath My Wing".

Of course miserable internet people want to take this time to say Vin isn't that great and talks too much etc, because that is what this is about. /eyeroll

Not hearing his voice during Dodger games just won't be the same. The very best to ever do what he did and he'll be missed.

No, that's Hawk. :P

I was very disappointed the game was blacked out in Las Vegas.

Vin was my favorite.

Fitting that it was a walk-off Dodger victory.

Yeah there was a lot going on yesterday. We lose not just the potentially great career of Jose Fernandez but also do not get to hear Vin Scully anymore.

I'll always remember growing up and listening him on NBC sports doing the game of the week and postseason games.

I just can't wrap my head around how long he had been broadcasting. It's amazing to have had a career like that.

He was truly one of the greats.
