Bad baserunning by Avi there, has to be on third.

As Stone Pony said you can't fault Avi because he couldn't be sure that ball wasn't going to be caught

With one out, you go half way

I still find it hilarious people wanted him to start full time here (and for a while) Dude is a utility player through and through.

He's playing himself out of the organization if this continues

I guess we can be somewhat encoraged by Covey's strikeouts but pen has to go 4 2/3 still.

Why not throw that ball to 2nd?

C'mon.

Exactly. Pretty good outing by Covey but has he ever gone past five innings yet?

5 5.3 6.7 (KC)

4 4 4.3

Well, at least he's survived four every time out.

Averaging just a bit under 5.

Hopefully Swarzak's success will make the Sox start to target more pitchers with good peripherals and ugly ERAs

Fully aboard the Kahnle train. He looks incredible.

If this somehow continued into July, some team could add Anthony Swarzak and Tommy Kahnle to their bullpen and basically shut down the game from the 6th inning on.

I think Jones, Swarzak and Kahnle look good in A White Six uniform

Kahnle is still pre-arb, so it would take an absolute haul to get him right now.

Not that thats a bad thing. I just don't think it happens.

I'm cool with that. Kahnle / Burdi tandem should be some high-octane fun.

We get runners on 2nd and 3rd with one out. All we need is a nice fly ball. Melky pops up. Trade him!

Wasted a good at bat from Yolmer that inning.

damn Myers is a monster

Melky's swing from right side is so ugly. He's having a dreadful season.

3 straight fastballs middle in, not the best pitch selection there

wow Frazier..

Amazing how much Davidson's average has plummeted. Love how dangerous he can be, but has a bad knack of swinging and missing on average pitches

bad call ump

ah, the wasted bunt

how many times has that worked this season? 0?

edit: I guess once

Nice win in front of big crowd. Great slide by Broken Tyler Saladino

Sanchez deserves every spot at 2nd until Moncada comes up. Sad to say his future here is limited.. I really like him on this team

The curse of the White sox slugger is hitting him. He's at .230, how long before the Dunn-like, Frazier-like, sub .200 average?
