Robert was 0-2 with a BB and 2 more HBP (that makes 5 this week, need to get him out of there before they break his hand or something, cripes). Also threw out a baserunner at home plate.

I bet the typical DSL pitcher is just throwing hard as s*** in case they catch a radar gun wielding scout's attention that day. Who cares where it goes at that level. I realize that the plan they had for him probably helped get him to sign (Staying in the DR for tax purposes) but I'd like to get him up to Great Falls later in the year. Probably won't happen but I can hope. I don't think he's really gaining much if anything facing that level of competition. That said, it's certainly a positive that after not playing organized ball for a year he's come out and acquitted himself just fine.

Didn't Burgur say in his interview during the game he'd be in Az for 8 days ( not on the AZL team I think just extended time for instructional stuff) then Kanny after that ?
