If they are not a playoff team in 2020 then Rick Hahn's job should at least be in jeopardy. There's some reasons to make exceptions (whole lot of freak injuries?), but if this team is not a 2020 playoff team, with the talent currently in this organization and the low salary commitments, then the organization completely blew it with their player evaluations and development. Badly.
