I may be confusing some but it seems like Nunez has played Dh and 1b in sporadic games before. They could get away with that infield all together and it wouldn’t be as bad as the W-S outfield this year
August 5, 20187 yr Author Just went back and looked at yesterday and every single reliever in our minor league games pitched at least an inning! You apparently can finish games without using 5-7 relievers for the final 6 outs!!!!! Seriously, when you are trying to do it by committee you end up using a lot more guys. One benefit of the upcoming waves of bullpen talent may be relievers being able to go a full inning or even more thus putting less strain on the bullpen overall.
