    Yes.  It reeks of bush league, old style operations and thought processes.  They thought friends were more valuable than 50 mil.  Something to be said for dead presidents.

    We treated Machado like the decision when he doesn't have near that kind of impact. We did a great job of pumping up his ego at the expense of the franchise.
