That's Rich King, right?  He's a great Sox fan.

Never have I ever been more unenthused for a season as this one. It doesn't even feel like Spring Training is going on.

  • I can confirm it pisses me off seeing Jay on this team.

  • At this point, Moncada is the most important guy to watch.  Glad he's off to a good start.

I may be wrong but i think they changed him to a reliever when he moved to Charlotte

Yeah, but he could be in their plans whereas Roach...

Nice curveball for Fulmer.

Fulmer's command was promising that batter.

Not sure but whoever it is I definitely wouldn't mind listening to them all season...

Ed says when four score that's a Gettysburg.

In all honesty, Fulmer looks exactly the same...apparently he was doing arm exercises with those elastic bands and got snapped in the eye as a freshman at Vandy, has been wearing the goggles ever since.

Out of the first, finally.

Guerrero settling in, two consecutive K’s.

I think the play by play guy is Charlotte's guy.

Jay strikes out.

The Jon Jay era has begun!

I can confirm it pisses me off seeing Jay on this team.

Don't underestimate how little you want to watch a year of Brandon Guyer either.

Have to wait another half inning for Eloy.

That curveball Hill has is almost as slow as Takatsu’s frisbee, lol.

It was a nice strikeout though.

Jay's play will speak for itself.  If he's playing consistently and sucking, he'll be gone in June.

Oh good.  Only half the season.

Hopefully early June. Maybe 60 games.

I've learned more about Fulmer's background in ten minutes from these guys than during all other Sox broadcasts combined.

If Hill hits Eloy, I hunt him down.

BTW, Eloy never gets hit by a pitch. It's like Madrigal not striking out. Very rare.

And just like that, the command is gone.  Just seems hitters pick up his pitches well, as he isn't getting many swings and misses.

Madrigal just struck out. Ha!

Fulmer just doesn’t have the stuff to put away hitters unless he gets way ahead in the count.

Best case scenario is a poor man’s Addison Reed.

I remember hearing a podcast or White Sox weekly a couple of years back and they were interviewing one of the national baseball writers.  They asked him who he thought the White Sox closer would be when they were ready to compete.  Without hesitation he said Carson Fulmer (this was when Carson was struggling as a starter)  .He thought Carson had the mental makeup and the stuff to close.  I know the Sox expected him to be a starter when they drafted him but if he can be a part of a shut down bullpen,  great.  I have not given up on him yet.

These uniforms are tight butthole.

Meanwhile, Fulmer is still a bust.
