May 4, 20214 yr Right now Rick is facing some huge decisions. Can this season be saved or not? His credibility is on the line right now. And does he have the freedom to make some big moves if he wants to go in that direction?

However unfortunately, Reinsdorf shoving LaRussa down Hahn's throat was simply wrong on so many ownership and leadership levels.

And while he's done little that was overtly damaging during the rebuild, the org. should be teeming in depth after all this, and it isn't. And he doesn't have the confidence of the owner. If we could have developed Narvaez like the Brewers so far...we would never have made that Grandal signing. Or, worst-case, we’d have both McCann and Omar, and invested the savings elsewhere.

The only way we'll find out is if he ever leaves the White Sox. Probably to do some impressive-sounding SPAC/investment gig related to speculation on Latin American beisbol players.
