What do the Sox do at the deadline in terms of position players?

    Baez would be a stretch. Imagine baez and Anderson together......????

    I believe they will target a a reserve player, not a "star", that can spell Leury and a few other positions. It will allow the team to send Mendick down, and hopefully rest Leury more.

    Perhaps a Garrett Hampson from Colorado, or David Bote as part of a deal with the Cubs. Don't think it's likely, but this is what I would expect if the Sox acquire a position player.

    Yep, nothing or that in terms of position players.

    Hoping the are able to land at least one fungible reliever.
