If Ortiz, Piazza, and Ivan Rodriguez are in, there's no reason why the other steroid/PED users shouldn't be in as well.

I'm familiar with a specific "Ivan came back with a completely different body in Detroit" thing with him, and obviously Ortiz has an actual positive test, but is there anything specific about Piazza? We've got an admission that he used Andro, but that wasn't even illegal or banned by MLB at the time. If all a person had taken was Andro, which was banned by the IOC but not baseball or the law, I have a hard time making the case against that guy.

With an actual positive test, I have to put Ortiz in particular on a different level from the other guys you mention. I think IRod might have, but might have done so with things that were quasi legal. I know Ortiz broke federal controlled substance laws.
