If the Sox feel like there is something there, they can offer to pick up a couple of million to jump ahead of anyone else who might feel the same. ChiSox59 Posted May 6, 2022 Share Posted May 6, 2022 Going to be some interesting decisions to make next week: We should have Moncada and Kelly returning on Monday. Hopefully AV on Thursday. Cueto's opt out is the 15th. He last pitched Wednesday, so would be on schedule to start Tuesday the 10th. Next start would be the 15th, so probably won't be making that one in AAA. Will be interesting to see which of Burger or Sheets go for AV, assuming he’s ready when eligible. Both looked overmatched and could use a trip to Charlotte.
