July 17, 20223 yr Vaughn is one of the Sox best hitters. I hope in the future he can play mostly 1B and DH some to maximize his value. The Sox need bona fide major league outfielders to play outfield.

July 18, 20223 yr Happy for Vaughn and happy for the Sox. First round draft pick No. 3 overall. He's only 24. Seems like a guy who cares. If he can stay healthy (and why shouldn't he?) might be a homegrown star, at least I hope so. His old, traditional stats are all good. Not sure how he's doing in WAR and all that cause I don't really care. Love me some Vaughn. Nice first half, sir.

Rodon, McDowell, and Baines are the best top 5’s since 1977. They’ve only drafted that high 7 times from the ‘77 draft until now and 2 of those are Madrigal and Vaughn.
