With all these coaching changes, poor Luis Robert is going to have a hard time figuring out who is who.

The problem the White Sox had with these coaches is mo one with a functioning brain could possibly think Pedro has long term security here, and once he goes, they are  more than likely looking for another job. So coaches in demand go elsewhere. The Sox get the scraps.

If they would hire a manager with a good rep and someone who would be around for years, their coaching staff would probably be better.

It’s almost bizarre how screwed up this organization is right now, almost like they’re screwing it up on purpose.
