McKnight is like the exact opposite of Schriffen. He is completely vanilla, so I can see your point. They need to find someone in between vanilla like McKnight and completely over the top like Schriffen.

Having a Hawk-like persona as a color commentator alongside a McKnight would be fine by me.
January 23, 20251 yr I really hope Schrif was kept on only because he was under contract. McKnight might be on the bland vanilla side, but he doesn't assault the senses at every opportunity. The product on the field is bad enough, at least give us a game call that's enjoyable.
