I think Hill could make the roster if Pereira starts the year on the IL.

According to Fegan reporting they seem determined to give Kelenic one last shot

without Acuna they would have to keep Hill

angel Martinez making good contact  hardest hit ball of the game so far

It’s not going to be pretty.  I think Fedde’s first half of 2024 was the fluke of the century.  They only signed him again cuz he was dirt cheap.

I’m totally aligned with this approach.  This team is not making the playoffs.  Hill can go play in the minors.  I’d rather see if the Sox can get anything out of a 26 year old former top prospect than watch a 30 year old AAAA backup CF play defense in losses.

4 hits so far, including the homer accounting for all the AUSTRALIA scoring...what's now looking like the game winner unless Czechia can rally with six outs left to go.

 

Yamamoto is going to absolutely destroy Taipei tonight with the way they looked yesterday.

Maybe they will be motivated to pull off an all time upset, but not betting on it happening in Japan.
