March 27Mar 27 Two prospects on the hitting side. And Antonacci's just not going to fare very well compared to the average big league LFer on the offensive side.
March 27Mar 27 Author Leadoff homer for Durham on a pitch about a foot off the plate. Welcome to CharlotteHagen stuff looks good, though. 2-1 Knights on a 2 run shot for Dunn. Edited March 27Mar 27 by Lukakke Appling

Would've been a better idea to do this with Sosa.I watched Sam in the fall league playing 2nd he was fine.

March 27Mar 27 Author Noah Shultz will be coming in for the 4th to piggyback Smith. Hagen looked good today. Control was pretty good and his stuff was popping.

March 28Mar 28 Bergolla is such a pest. Wonder if even he could knock some out of the park in Charlotte.
March 28Mar 28 Schultz has been sitting for a looooooong time.Knights have sent 13 to the plate so far
March 28Mar 28 And now Antonacci adds on with a HR, 11 runs in the inningLooks like they took notes from MIL yesterday, give up a leadoff homer and then just score forever.More HR than innings played lolNoah in the pen getting some tosses in to stay warm Edited March 28Mar 28 by Autumn Dreamin
March 28Mar 28 Schultz faced the minimum over 4 innings. No hits, 5K, and 1 walk that was erased by a GIDP. Sat 97 and threw 6 pitches.Smith sat 96 and got a nasty 57% whiff rate on the fastball (8/14). Also 44% on the slider (4/9). 13 whiffs on 26 swings overall.Pretty, pretty good.Antonacci just cut down a guy at second from LF. Edited March 28Mar 28 by Autumn Dreamin
March 28Mar 28 Hagen's command is a tad spotty but man does he get a lot of whiffs and it's a lot of swings where the battery just doesn't seem to see the ball.Noah looked fantastic. The ceiling on him is ridiculous if he can build that pitch count up and actually get a little deeper in games.
March 28Mar 28 Bergolla very true to form with 0 whiffs on 11 swings. He put 3 fastballs in play and all went for hits. Finished 4-5 with 2 RBIs and 2 doubles.Sam went 2-5 with a BB, HR, and 2 RBI. I think he'll be fine in LF.
