He’s got the stuff to be great. Actually might benefit us that he went through some MLB growing pains with CLE and then got returned to us.

Lets hope so. Crazy to think he was taken 1 pick before Jacob Misiorowski.

Right now, he's not on the 40-man. If the Sox don't add him, next off-season, the Sox would have to chance him being selected. He has all 3 options if the Sox add him to the 40-man.

However, with the end of the player contract, the owners may just decide to forego this year's GM meetings and Rule 5 draft. I believe they did that last lockout.
