I have heard though that will attempt to recesitate you for a longer period if you have chosen not to be a donar. I doubt that is true though.

That's what someone that I know who is a paramedic on the CFD says, but I still don't know if I believe that.

Not true. Savin' is always better than not. Most of the time they do not even know if you are a donor while you are coding.

My wife has worked in hospital ERs for years and tells me it just isn't true. Number #1 behind basic decency and it's the right thing to do is the fear of lawsuites. Do you think a hospital or Doctor wants to have their ass exposed to a possible law suit over a death?
