They must have some type of reports from there, getting interviews from the newcomers.

Thats just a guess though.

They decided not to do it this year. Not sure why.

That kind of sucks that they will not be showing it. I live in Oregon, but I ordered FSN Chicago on Dish Network. Unfortunately, Sox games are blacked out, so all I can see of them is what is on WGN. And they show too many damn cubs games on there.

If you have to watch Cub games ,you are in HELL! :D

I think it's because they have the Bulls pre-game show on.

Nah, they usually go on at 7 CST, the Bulls didn't start till 9 tonight.

I ran into Waddle at SoxFest, so they're doing something.

no fsn did not broadcast live like always... they had problems with a contract or something like that....you can hear it on the espn radio though if you get am 1000 here in chicago......all three days they will be on the only news i have heard back tonite from cw was that he gave kw heck at the q and a session tonite and kw blew off his questioning of the buehrle contract talks but his assistant got all pissy with cw about it for some reason.........thats all the news i have for now though... sorry........

Since I don't live in the area, what can be heard by tuning into the flying wasp?

Mostly all I have is WGN, why so many stinkin Cubs games? I want my White Sox. Plus they have the best announcers ever ( Ken Harrelson and DJ) I miss Wimpy too.

Yeah, he's the host of Full Access on FSN.

Whimpy and Hawk are awesome. I also think Steve Stone is an awesome announcer and would be a great pitching coach.

Hey, it's not like he said he likes Chip and Joe...you have to be a Cub fan AND drunk to like them.

Sox fan, Cub fan, whatever - if you're a baseball fan, you have to know that Stone is maybe the best analyst in any broadcast booth. He does the near-impossible: he makes it ALMOST possible to listen to Chimp Caray!

He also carried Harry for the last 5-10 years of his life, when Harry was so far gone that he was like Ozzy Osbourne is now...
