Uribe can hit better, but harris can run and field better.

Which do you like better s*** or crap? :huh

Uribe can hit better, but harris can run and field better.

Field better? Uribe was a gold glove caliber SS, and I see SS as tougher than 2B to play defensivly.

i think Willie should get at least a shot before we remove him. ST is not indicative of how they'll hit in the regular season. It was only 3 games, but Willie played really well those last 3 games last year. I'd still like to start with Willie and give him a shot before we go to Uribe. At the very least just have them split time, although a platoon may not be good for either of them

Juan's time will come.

Talent wise both are about even right now, but Uribe has a little more potential I would say.

Because Willie is older I say give him the job. If Uribe was a knockout caliber player, then I would say seniority doesn't matter, but since both would probably post similar numbers I say play Willie.

Give it to Willie to start the season, and then go from there. If need be necessary, we can put Uribe at 2B. I know Uribe's had a great spring and Willie's struggled a bit; however, I still hate to put too much consideration into spring training stats.

Willie, but I'm predicting we will see Uribe there by June.

I still can't really see Uribe leadin off though, espeically for Ozzie.

I foresee a slick DP combo of Uribe and Harris in '05. But for this year, I think Willie's gonna hang onto the job.

I wasn't sure until I saw it this past week. Defiantly Juan.

I'd say Willie just because we need to find out

if he can do anything given the job.

Give it to the better fielder and bat Willie ninth.

Willie deserves his shot to impress. Definitely give him the chance, use uribe every 3rd game or something, see who comes out ontop.

I'd like to see Uribe start at SS and Jose on the bench.
