Carlos is on pace to hit 162 homers this season... :headbang

It seriously looks like he's comfortable hitting in the 5-hole here...He's going to have a great season this year, including on the field.

He hasn't had anything bad going out there on the field either...

Here's to Carlos!!! :cheers

It seriously looks like he's comfortable hitting in the 2-hole here...That's been his best slot in the lineup over the course of his career, and I hope he stays there.  He's going to have a great season this year, including on the field.

Geez...lol...Student teaching's done numbers on my mind...It'll be all over in 4 weeks THANKFULLY!!!!!

But that doesn't take away from the great season Carlos is going to have, so THERE!!!! ;)

Carlos had his break out year last year. He'll have an even better season in 2004, I believe.

El Caballo is da man, even more so than cub-killer Valentin

I love when Valentin does the bunny hop against the cubs.

and the dumb Scammy Sosa kissing of the fingers routine. :fthecubs :bringit

god damn you respond fast.

i just happened to read what u said right when u posted it

Oh! Do you remember the screaming and whining of the media and the Cub fans when he did that? Great times, for sure!

Valentine is also immitating Sosa with all the strikeouts, granted its unintentional.

Yeah it looks like Sosa is intentionally striking out with the pitches hes been swinging at! :fthecubs

Sosa might have some of the worst plate discipline that i've ever seen from a so called "superstar"...As far as Carlos goes he's been a different hitter since the all-star break last year. He's carried it over into this season. I don't think 40 HR'S and 120 RBI'S is outta the question at all for this guy.

i just happened to read what u said right when u posted it

is that your little secret

OK, I'm gonna go WAY out on a limb here, and make my first prediction of 2004:

Carlos Lee will NOT hit 162 HRs. :D

BUt I'll be rooting for him to!

I hope Carlos Lee makes the All Star team this year. I really think he has a good shot.
