I noticed that too. I think they assumed it was going out of play. Almost as bad as the camera work on that Lugo fly in the 9th last night. I thought that ball was gone.

I know many of you like to rip on Jose, but he is back hitting in 2-hole where he was exceptional in 2000, and he is quietly having a nice hitting season so far. I can live with his Ks and I can live with his errors, since he makes so many plays that no other SS we have or had in a long time could make. He will settle down with the glove.

Frank hits it on the screws, and gets nothing. He's hitting well, just no luck.

Lee has been lazy this year. He didn't even slide in that one play at second yesterday or he could have easily been safe. I haven't seen him sprint once.
