May 3, 200421 yr I can't tell if this is an argument or more of just friendly bantering. I could draw up a long list of similarities between Red Sox and Cub fans who believe their teams are "cursed" in some way and destined in some other way, but I think most baseball fans are already familiar with the similarities.
May 3, 200421 yr All I know is that there is ONE team that has "SOX" on the front of their uniform. There is ONE team that has "SOX" on their cap. No other team has ever had just "SOX" on their uniform. The first and only team to go by the name "SOX" happens to play in Chicago. Very nice.

May 3, 200421 yr and another thing when i tell an out of towner that i am from chicago they automatically assume that im a cubs fan. when i tell them i'm a sox fan they say red sox? i say a white sox fan!!!!! then they look at me like i'm crazy i bet some of them don't know the white sox exist. I know what you mean. I talk to customers from across the US and abroad and when they ask where the offices are located and when they hear we are in the Suburbs of Chicago, they immediately ask if I am a Cubs fan. :puke
